The AGM Varmint LRFs and AGM Rattlers are compact thermal imaging scopes developed for 24-hour operation under any weather and environmental conditions. AGM thermal scopes are available in multiple configurations: 256x192 (50 Hz) thermal detector, 384x288(50 Hz) thermal detector and a 640x512 (50 Hz) thermal detector. Objective lens sizes include 19mm, 25mm, 35mm and 50mm objective lens. The 19mm & 25mm lenses are designed for shorter ranges while the 35mm lens is designed for medium-range applications and the 50mm lens is better suited for longer range applications. Their compact size and QR mount allow the shooter to easily remove the thermal optic off a weapon for hand use and back onto the weapon while maintaining the shooter's zero. The more traditional "riflescope" looking AGM Adder thermal scopes give the user the look and feel of a traditional riflescope while providing benefits of an AGM thermal optic. The AGM Adder comes with a 30mm American Defense Manufacturing (ADM) AD Recon scope mount ; but can be mounted to the weapon using any standard 30mm scope rings
